My name is Le Anne Lindsay and I’m so excited about being a contributor to the Philadelphia Film Society Blog!
For the last two years I’ve enjoyed writing a blog called Tinsel & Tine. It’s film-centric, however, it also contains posts on dining out - So it’s Film/Hollywood [Tinsel] and Food/Dining [Tine] (fork tine). When I’m able to write a post tying film and food together, then it’s even more fun!
Such as the post I wrote last week, regarding Philadelphia Film Societies new membership benefit: 10% discount at Old City Asian Bistro (located at 2nd and Market) starting tonight for the preview screening of Solitary Man Click HERE to read the post on Tinsel & Tine.
Because the PFS website was undergoing changes, my first few posts for them have been on Tinsel & Tine. But my next post (Commentary on Solitary Man) will be written on the PFS blog – so stay tuned!
In the meantime check out previous posts:

I don’t consider myself a dyed-in-the wool film buff, I like to write fun, original and informative posts from the perspective of a lover of good storytelling. However, I welcome comments from film aficionados and casual movie-goers alike!
