When the Brothers Grimm are summoned to meet with the Grande Dame, they hear what they least expect – that their story of the little cinder girl was true – that, once upon a time, a young woman named Danielle, who lived with her cruel stepmother and pampered stepsisters, fell in love with the dashing Prince Henry. This 90’s rendition of the timeless tale stars Drew Barrymore as a strong feisty Cinderella who, with the help of her friends and a fairy godmother-esque Leonardo da Vinci wins the swoon-worthy Prince’s heart, despite the efforts of her greedy stepmother (Anjelica Huston).
