Sandy who? There’s still a full day of screenings at the 21st Philadelphia Film Festival! And if you brave the weather, you can take advantage of our buy one get one free tickets. Hopefully these savings are the only things to blow you away today and not the high winds.

If you’re not sure what to see tonight, might I sugest the following:

Don’t Stop Believin': Everyman’s Journey
A rockumentary about Arnel Pineda, the internet sensation that went from leading a Filipino cover band to fronting one of the most legendary bands of all time, Journey.
Ritz East at 5:10pm

An Oversimplification of Her Beauty
Dissecting his failed relationship through a series of episodes that display an astonishing array of techniques, Terrance Nance’s first feature is a romantic odyssey overflowing with creativity and one of the most auspicious debuts in recent years.
Ritz East at 7:30pm

Sully, the former frontman of a prominent punk band, takes a trip through a night from hell into the past he thought he’d left far behind. The writers/directors will also be in attendance for a Q&A after the film.
Ritz East at 10:15pm

And, if you’re a badge holder, come by and hang out at the VIP Lounge tonight! We have a photobooth set up here, in addition to all the awesomeness that you’ve been enjoying all festival long (meaning the free booze thanks to our lovely sponsors).

I’ll be introducing ‘Don’t Stop Believin’ and I will most likely be in the lounge at some point, so I hope to see all come out and give PFF21 a proper send off!
