Voted one of MovieMaker Magazines 50 Festivals worth the entry fee, the Philadelphia Film Festival accepts submissions for Features, Docs, and Shorts from all over the world and offers a Local category specifically for Philly filmmakers. Submissions are accepted through Film Freeway.

Accepted Submission Formats: Online Screener | DVD (Submitters MUST send two DVDs)
Premiere Status: Philadelphia premiere required. Films cannot have shown publicly anywhere in the Greater Philadelphia area to be considered
Completion Date: Films must have been completed after October 2019
Distribution Status: Projects may have distribution
– Works in progress can be considered; but submitter should note that it is a work in progress
– DVDs will not be returned
