Chaos Magic: PFS Staff sort Celebs into Hogwarts Houses

April 14, 2022 by Emily Costello

With the new FANTASTIC BEASTS: THE SECRETS OF DUMBLEDORE screening at the PFS Bourse,  we’ve got Hogwarts on the brain. With a celeb-stacked cast, we start wondering what houses other celebs would fit in. We don’t fancy ourselves much of a Sorting Hat, we’re more of a Sorting Beanie with a perfectly good imagination.

We’ve assembled a PFS Hogwarts House Sorting Committee, with representatives from each house, to curate the list below.

Gritty
Hufflepuff

Alexander Skarsgård
Ravenclaw

Andrew Garfield
Hufflepuff

Anya Taylor-Joy
Slytherin

Lady Gaga
Gryffindor

Laura Dern
Gryffindor

Michelle Yeoh
Ravenclaw

Nick Cage
Applied for a janitor job at a school he did not recognize, ended up at Hogwarts

Questlove
Ravenclaw

Simu Liu
Hufflepuff

Taika Waititi
Slytherin

Timothée Chalamet
from the Slytherin family, but a muggle (AKA a squibb)

Zendaya
Gryffindor
