Told largely through video chats and video diaries, this creative and insightful indie comedy follows a young woman attempting to navigate relationships during quarantine.
After months alone in her apartment, Brooklynite Naomi (Taylor Garron) is at a crossroads in her relationship with her roommate and best friend Sara (Eva Victor). While Naomi is lonely and struggling to maintain some semblance of human contact in an eerily depopulated New York, Sara has been living it up in Florida with her parents. Fed up with Sara’s hypocritical approach to Covid safety standards and her questionable takes on social justice issues, Naomi must decide whether to put her own needs first, even if it means torpedoing her oldest friendship. Consisting mainly of Naomi’s digital diaries and her video calls with friends, family, and a prospective paramour, as of yet is overflowing with loose, casual charm but packs an emotional punch with its deeply relatable look at thorny relationships and Covid-era anxiety. Sharing co-directing credit with Chanel James, writer and star Garron gives an impressive lead performance, anchoring every scene with wit and charisma.

A Note on Health & Safety
As of September 1, PFS will require masking as well as proof of vaccination at the Film Center & PFS Bourse.
Acceptable forms of proof of vaccination include your CDC record/card or a picture of the vaccination card along with photo I.D.
Masks are required at all times except when eating or drinking in the theater. Children under the age of 12 are currently exempt from this requirement.
