The Via Lux (“street light”) Film Fest premieres short films representing the work of hundreds of young filmmakers ages 10-21 from Big Picture Alliance’s school, workforce, and summer film programs across Philadelphia. The event was created by and for young filmmakers, hosted by BPA’s Via Lux Teen Media Collective.
