How to Stream Films Online with Tickets & Badges
Badge Holders
Badge and pass holders can access films by logging onto CineSend.

Ticket holders will receive an email with a voucher code, which can be used to access your film.

APPLE TV
Accessing CineSend through your Apple TV is easy!
You’ll need:
– Your Apple TV, connected to your television.
– A computer, phone or tablet on which you can access CineSend.
– Your CineSend login information.
Finding the Philadelphia Film Festival App
– On your Apple TV, open the App Store, and search for “Philadelphia Film Fest”
– The Philadelphia Film Festival App will appear below the search bar.
– Click on the Philadelphia Film Festival app.
– Click “Get” on the first screen, and again on the next screen
– It may take a moment for the App to load. When it does, you’ll see a button that says “Open”
Connecting your CineSend account to your Apple TV app
– Click “Open”
– Under “Pass Holders” click “Link this Device.”
– On the next screen, a code will appear.
– On your computer, phone, or tablet, visit watch.phillyfilmfestival.org/pair. You will need to use your CineSend login to access the site.
– Once you’ve logged into CineSend, you see a space in which to enter the code from your Apple TV. Type it in and click “Submit.”
You’re connected!
– Once you’ve clicked “Submit,” CineSend will be accessible through your Apple TV and you’ll be able to browse the PFF29 Line-up.
Ticket Holders
ROKU
To redeem your voucher code on your Roku, simply enter your voucher code prompted.

APPLE TV
Accessing CineSend through your Apple TV is easy!
You’ll need:
– Your Apple TV, connected to your television.
– Your Voucher Code, which you can find in the 2nd confirmation email you receive after purchase.
Finding the Philadelphia Film Festival App
– On your Apply TV, open the App Store, and search for “Philadelphia Film Fest.”
– The Philadelphia Film Festival App will appear below the search bar.
– Click on the Philadelphia Film Festival app.
– Click “Get” on the first screen, and again on the next screen.
– It may take a moment for the App to load. When it does, you’ll see a button that says “Open.”
Connecting your CineSend account to your Apple TV app
– Click “Open”
– Under “Ticket Holders,” click “Enter Code.”
– A space will appear for you to enter your Voucher Code.
– Enter your code and click “Submit.”
– You will be redirected right to your film.
Connecting to your TV with other Devices
– With this method, you would access your film on your computer, phone or tablet, and then connect to your TV to watch on your television. For pass, badge, and ticket holders.
Chromecast
– Chromecast is a device that plugs into your TV’s HDMI port.
– Chromecast allows you to cast your film from an Andriod phone or tablet, or from a computer.
– In order to cast, begin playing your film, and click the cast button — — at the bottom right of the screen.
– Please Note Your Chromecast device and your computer must be on the same WiFi network to work.
– Please Note Chromecast will not work with iPhones or iPads.

AirPlay
– If you have an AirPlay enabled device or SmartTV, you can view your films on your TV using that.
– Instructions for screen sharing using your Apple TV using AirPlay can be found here.
HDMI Cable
– An HDMI cable can be used to connect your computer directly to your TV.
– Plug one end of the HDMI code into your computer, and the other end into your TV.
– You may have to adjust the input or source settings on your TV.
– Please Note that an HDMI cable cannot be used with an iPad or Phone.
