Join the Philadelphia Film Society for the VIP treatment during our annual night of red carpet glitz & glam as we celebrate some of the greatest films of the last year! The Oscars Party & Screening is a chance for our community of supporters to celebrate the year in cinema, while also supporting our mission to inspire, educate, challenge and entertain diverse populations of Philadelphians through the power of film.

Annual Lumière Celebration
Named in honor of the first filmmakers Auguste and Louis Lumière, each year the Philadelphia Film Society honors an outstanding member of our community who has displayed a dedication to the continued growth and vibrance of the art of cinema in the city of Philadelphia.
