OINK
After 25 years in America, grizzled Tuitjes returns to his quaint Dutch town. His estranged adult daughter isn’t too pleased to see him, but Tuitjes quickly gets to work ingratiating himself with his plucky granddaughter Babs. An avowed vegetarian and animal lover, Babs is delighted when her grandpa gifts her with an adorable piglet, whom she names Oink. This button-eyed rascal has a penchant for causing mischief and spraying fountains of excrement wherever he goes, but Oink soon wins over the town with his endearingly puppyish personality. But as local butchers prepare for the annual sausage-making competition, Babs must fight to keep Oink out of the clutches of nefarious wannabe Sausage Kings, including someone surprisingly close to her. In the gentle yet subversive tradition of Roald Dahl, OINK is a wonderfully weird family film sure to have audiences of all ages snorting with laughter.
