BOX OFFICE ASSOCIATE | 27TH PHILADELPHIA FILM FESTIVAL
The Philadelphia Film Festival (PFF) is an 11-day international film festival that screens over 100 films and hosts special events, Q&A’s, and industry guests.
Responsibilities of the Box Office Associate include selling tickets to screenings & events throughout the Philadelphia Film Festival at the main Box Office at the Prince Theater, and/or satellite PFF venues, and providing excellent customer service to patrons. Successful candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be independent and self-motivated, and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
FESTIVAL MARKETING ASSISTANT | 27TH PHILADELPHIA FILM FESTIVAL
The Festival Marketing Assistant would work directly with the PFS Marketing Team to plan and execute a marketing plan for the Philadelphia Film Festival. During the Festival, the Festival Marketing Assistant would work with on-site promotions and online communications, among other tasks.
FESTIVAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT | 27TH PHILADELPHIA FILM FESTIVAL
The Operations Assistant is tasked with aiding the Festival Operations Team in coordinating Venue, Volunteer, and Credential details in the months leading up to and during the film festival. During the Festival, Operations Assistant will be responsible for helping Venue staff and volunteers to smoothly run Festival venues, and ensuring that appropriate credentials are complete and delivered.
MEMBERSHIP SALES ASSOCIATE
The Membership Sales Associate will work closely with the Development/Membership team to provide strategic, customer-facing, sales-driven support for all activities related to membership and development. Specific attention will be spent on implementing and expanding the annual membership program, benefits fulfilment, and maintaining accurate records.

SERVER/BARTENDER | PRINCE THEATER
The Prince Theater, owned and operated by the Philadelphia Film Society, is seeking Servers and Bartenders for our year-round programming and cabaret series. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the position involves setting up and stocking bars before events, making beverages, and serving patrons at their seats throughout the performance.
GUEST SERVICES TEAM MEMBER | PRINCE THEATER
The Philadelphia Film Society is seeking motivated and reliable Guest Services Team Members to work events at The Prince Theater. Guest Services Team Members ensure that patrons and visiting clients have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable event experience. The employees report to the House Manager on duty, as well as the Assistant General Manager.

HOSPITALITY INTERNSHIP | Philadelphia Film Festival
The Hospitality Intern is the primary assistant for the Festival Hospitality Team in coordinating all Guest Services details for the festival, including but not limited to making travel and lodging arrangements for guests and ensuring all credentials are complete. The Hospitality Intern will also assist in creating a comprehensive report on PFF27 Hospitality.
MEMBERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP | Philadelphia Film Festival
The Membership & Development Intern will assist the PFS Development Department in planning and organization of membership benefits leading up to the Philadelphia Film Festival, and the fulfillment of benefits throughout the Festival. In addition, this intern will be involved in researching ways to grow and strengthen the PFS community through relationship cultivation and development.

The Marketing Intern would work directly PFS marketing team to plan and execute a marketing plan for the Philadelphia Film Festival. During the Festival, the Marketing Intern would work with on-site promotions and online communications, among other tasks.
MARKETING & OUTREACH INTERNSHIP | Philadelphia Film Festival
Each year during the annual Philadelphia Film Festival, PFS on Us allows PFS to bring together a diverse mosaic of Philadelphians as part of non-profit organizations, arts and cultural groups, universities, and the general public to experience the transformative power of film at no cost to participants. The Marketing & Outreach Intern will assist the Marketing Team in outreach to local organizations to publicize PFS On Us, as well as lead PFS’ initiative for university outreach.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY INTERNSHIP | Philadelphia Film Festival
The Photo Intern is responsible for photographing venues and events throughout the Philadelphia Film Festival and managing PFS’s collection of photographs. The photo intern would be work closely with the Marketing team to outline and execute a photography plan.
GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERNSHIP | Philadelphia Film Festival
The Graphic Design Intern assists the PFS Marketing team in creating advertising, promoting events, and helping with weekly E-Blasts for both PFS and PFF27.
EVENTS INTERNSHIP | Philadelphia Film Festival
The Festival Events Intern would be responsible for aiding the Festival & Events Director in coordinating Festival events including, but not limited to Opening Night, Closing Night and the PFF27 Festival Lounge.
PROGRAMMING INTERNSHIP | Philadelphia Film Festival
The Philadelphia Film Festival (PFF) is an 11-day international film festival screening more than 100 of the year’s best films complete with special events and Q&As featuring visiting filmmakers and other industry guests. The Programming Intern is tasked with assisting the Festival Programming Team in coordinating details for the Festival related to all confirmed films including administrative, materials coordination, and program operation duties.
